My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is LUNA, and I know it. Me and My Shadow Dog Rescue took me in from the shelter where I landed from a situation where I received inadequate care. I was terribly skinny and full of mats. After a few days of good food, a bath, and lots of brushing, I am feeling and looking so much better.

You will notice that I have only one eye, but don't let that fool you. It does not handicap me, and I run, jump, and play like a young dog. I especially love small, soft squeaky toys and tug-of-war. I get along with my doggie foster sisters and love following along with them. I love foster Mama and am slowly warming up to foster Papa. I do all my business outside and am learning the doggie door and how to walk on a leash. I sleep quietly in my crate at night.

I need a home with a very secure yard as I have already had two near escapes. I require daily brushing as my hair is very fine and knots easily.
