To start our adoption process, House of Mews Rescue asks that you please complete our online no-obligation adoption application, which is located on our website under the adopt tab at http://www.houseofmewsrescue.org/adopt.html
Should our Adoption Coordinator feel your application is a good fit, a HOM volunteer will reach out to discuss your application with you.
Current on vaccinations, and have tested negative for both FIV ('Feline Immunodeficiency Virus') and FeLV (Feline Leukemia).
Deacon is such a sweet soul. Deacon has to say hello to everyone that comes to visit. He loves everyone he meets.
Deacon is so handsome, he will take your breath away. He loves to play and he loves to interact with people. He has recently become obsessed with his foster mom when she brushes her teeth. He actually loves the minty smell and he is eager to get a taste!
Deacon is ready to find his forever home. He deserves a chance to grow up with a family instead of remaining in foster care forever. He would do great with other cats and he would be perfectly happy as an only cat in the house.

Interview
A HOM volunteer will reach out to you to discuss your application within 24-48 hours after an application has been submitted.
Sign Adoption Contract
If approved, you sign a HOM Adoption Contract where you agree to provide a safe healthy environment & yearly wellness visits from your vet
Pay Fee
Adoption Fees: Kittens up to six months $125 or 2 for $200 Kittens over six months $100 or 2 for $250 Cats one year or older $50
