My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Philly Cheesesteak! This sweet 4-month-old puppy was rescued on the Ute Reservation with her siblings. At first she was more shy than her littermates but she has really grown in confidence these days. This little lady lights up with a little loving attention and is quite the snuggle bug. Miss Philly loves to run around and explore in the sage brush, her cute puppy tail bouncing in the air! If you're looking for new furry friend to explore and play in the mountains with or a fun family pet for your children - this girl is it! She is growing her adventurous spirit and is in need of an adopter to show her the ways to be the best girl. Give us a call to meet Philly Cheesesteak today!

More about this rescue

Founded in 1990, Nuzzles and Co (formerly Friends of Animals Utah) was just a small group of animal lovers lobbying for a new shelter facility. Today, we are a full-fledged animal rescue and rehabilitation organization with an adoption center, dedicated staff and board of trustees, and a 15,000 sq. ft. facility that includes a full veterinary suite, indoor and outdoor training spaces, miles of hiking trails, and a community cat room with an attached "catio."
