My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Beegee! This adorable girl wandered onto someone's property on the Ute Reservation with her two pals, all in search of rescue. We welcomed them with open arms and found them a loving foster home, where they frolic with big dog friends and spend their days playing ball and chase. Initially shy, Beegee soon realized she was in a safe haven and warmed up beautifully to her foster family. While we can't predict her exact size, she's currently shaping up to be a medium-large dog.

More about this rescue

Founded in 1990, Nuzzles and Co (formerly Friends of Animals Utah) was just a small group of animal lovers lobbying for a new shelter facility. Today, we are a full-fledged animal rescue and rehabilitation organization with an adoption center, dedicated staff and board of trustees, and a 15,000 sq. ft. facility that includes a full veterinary suite, indoor and outdoor training spaces, miles of hiking trails, and a community cat room with an attached "catio."
