My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Norman is a well mannered senior shih tzu. His age is estimated at 9-10 years old. He had been picked up as a stray by animal control and came into our rescue quite emaciated. A vet check showed he is good health for his age with some old injuries, likely caused by a car. His lower jaw has a fracture and he does not use his back right leg. We did an extensive dental on him removed decayed and broken teeth and as he has no problem eating now and does not appear to have any pain we are leaving him in peace.
It is likely Norman was an only dog. He does not interact much with the other dogs in his foster home and prefers the attention of a human He is fully house broken and prefers to use a pee pad even though he has access to outside. At 9-10 years old Norman would make a wonderful quiet well mannered companion and he is anxiously waiting for the right family to come along and provide a loving home through his twilight years.
