My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The lovely family that fostered Koda for a while until we had room had this to say about Koda, I snuck in the house through the duct, so my nickname is Termite. I was feral, but I have grown to be an indoor cat. I get scared of being outside now. I get shy and scared so I may hide. Pet me when I am sleeping and talk to me, and I will eventually come around. I love cuddles, sitting at the windows and in your lap, I love playing with my toys.
Koda is approx. 11 lbs. So far, he has been shy but sweet with the staff. We are still getting to know him. The foster home said he was litterbox trained and he was around two other cats in the home. Adoption fee $65.00.

More about this shelter

MISSION: Provide non-lethal solutions to pet over-population.
SOLUTION: To furnish professional, affordable spay/neuter programs and place pets in caring homes.

We are currently seeking a permanent, part-time veterinarian. When we have a veterinary surgeon on staff, we operate a discount spay/neuter clinic for clients who are unable to afford full-service prices, our goal being to stop the excess population of pets before they end up in shelters. We also foster a limited number of pets, mostly taken in through our spay/neuter clinic.
