MISSION: Provide non-lethal solutions to pet over-population. SOLUTION: To furnish professional, affordable spay/neuter programs and place pets in caring homes. We operate a discount spay/neuter clinic for clients who are unable to afford full-service prices, our goal being to stop the excess population of pets before they end up in shelters. We also foster a limited number of pets.
