My name is Domino, I am a 2-year-old female Portuguese Water Dog who weighs about 45-50 pounds.. I came from an Ohio mill. I get along with cats and dogs and I love, love to play and hang with my fur friends. I do not bark, growl or show any signs of aggression. I am crate trained, I eat and sleep in my crate and I am potty trained. Before I was rescued my life existed of making lots of babies, therefore I was never socialized or around humans. I never saw the outdoors or was walked on a leash. This world is HUGE, amazing and scary at the same time. I walk at a leisurely pace and never pull, while I take in all the sights and sounds of the world around me. I am extremely shy, and I get anxious with loud noises. I would never hurt you, but I need someone with patience and compassion, who understands this big, bright, beautiful world is new to me and it will take time for me to earn your trust and to be a snuggle bug. But when I do, I will be forever loyal and grateful that you took your time and allowed me the opportunity to love you back. Domino requires a PHYSICAL FENCE and another dog in the residence. Her adoption fee is $550, which is applied towards her spay, vaccines, microchip and costs associated with fostering.

In 2018 a group of animal lovers got together to form a special animal rescue.

Every year millions of pets are surrendered to animal shelters and ultimately euthanized. In NY state alone thousands of dogs and cats are neglected, abandoned , homeless , and left in shelters. Seven was one of many pets abandoned by the only family he had ever known.

Seventh Heaven Rescue was created to help any animal in need. Our mission is to try to keep dogs out of shelters as well as rescue dogs that have found themselves in shelters. Our goal is to provide them the love , compassion, kindness , dignity and respect as well as medical care they need and deserve.

Our mission is to honor Seven’s memory in the hope that we can help other dogs and any animal in need just like him find loving families. We are strictly a non for profit organization. All donations go directly to those animals in our care.
