My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

“Hello Dolly!” Dolly is super sweet and would love to be your cuddle bud. She gets along great with other dogs and loves to hang with her people. She has a great personality and at six she’s old enough to not be into puppy mischief but still active enough to participate in whatever is going on. She’s about 20 lbs. The only thing this lovable gal needs is her forever family!

Good gollie Miss Molly! This girl was saved from the streets of a community that has no animal control. It has become the job of the police to try and save the unloved or wanted pets of their community. They have reached out in so many ways trying to save these lives. They are these dogs heroes.

Dolly is a super star. She has no issues at all. Great with other dog, med energy, good house n manners. All she needs now is a real home. One that takes their responsibility seriously and never let her feel alone again. if you could help foster or adopt Dolly you will never regret it

More about this rescue

Russell Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) dog rescue organization. It was started in 2008 by Mary Ruth Rogers of Columbia, TN. Our mission is to save and re-home unloved, abandoned and abused dogs, especially the Jack Russell terrier. Most of our dogs come from high kill shelters in Tennessee, and other nearby states.
