My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mork, an adult male guinea pig with a striking white and brown coat, patiently waiting for a loving home to call his own. Mork may not be the most social piggy, but his calm demeanor and independent nature make him an ideal companion for someone seeking a low-key pet.

With his unique coloring and gentle presence, Mork adds a touch of elegance to any environment. While he may prefer quiet moments of solitude, he still enjoys occasional interactions and gentle affection from his human companions.

Mork's needs are simple and easy to meet. He thrives on a diet of fresh veggies, hay, and pellets, and he appreciates a clean and cozy habitat where he can feel safe and secure.

If you're looking for a laid-back and undemanding guinea pig to join your family, consider giving Mork the loving home he deserves. With his charming personality and handsome appearance, he's sure to bring joy and companionship into your life.

More about this shelter

Animals Are Our Mission

Over 1,100 animals pass through our doors every year. Did you know that the average cost to get our animals ready to be adoptable is roughly $350 per animal? That is because we require our adoptables to be spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated before adopting out.

Population control and disease management are issues in our community that we are working hard to resolve. Your donations help ensure we can continue our mission.

We have an amazing team of hard working staff caring for our animals 7 days a week. They are supported by a group of engaged board members that are focused on bettering our organization.
