I'm a 2 year old, neutered male, Pit Bull/Great Dane mix weighing in at 55 pounds. But mostly, I'm just a big baby who loves snuggles and playing with friends. Sometimes I forget I'm not a lapdog! I like watching the birds and squirrels from the window but I don't bark at them (I occasionally whine) I will bark a bit when I see my buddies walking on leash because that's one of my favorite things!!!
I've been working on my restroom etiquette and haven't had any accidents yet. I don't mind being in my kennel during the day as long as I have my blanket and I would love sleep with you at bedtime. I'm a good boy and don't move around much at night. BONUS: I don't snore. I will stay put until you get up as long as you let me out to potty first thing.
I like to play tug-of-war and I'm trying to remember to drop the ball after I fetch it. Mostly, I like being around my humans and I will follow you everywhere you go. I like belly rubs, ear & neck scratches and I'm a really good bath-taker.

HHHS has been a permanent part of the Topeka community since its founding May 4, 1938. The organization is incorporated as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) business for the purpose of sheltering companion animals in need of care, advocating for anti-cruelty protection of animals and promoting humane education and animal welfare issues. HHHS fosters the adoption of companion animals into responsible homes and reunites lost animals with their owners; promotes sterilization of animals to help reduce overpopulation; provides a facility accessible to the general public; serves the community with educational programs addressing animal welfare issues; and maintains a fiscally responsible organization.
