My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ALEJANDRINA – Lab Mix / 10 months / 13kg / F-Spayed

Alejandrina is not only a beautiful dog but also the most perfect girl ever! Her entire foster family – dogs, cats, humans – are all completely smitten with her!

As the days go by, she is gaining more and more confidence in her foster home. Alejandrina loves everyone in the foster home equally and is not the type to play favourites: she is a true family dog. Her forever fam will have a playful dog pal in the home for her as she loves to run and play with her canine foster sisters. Ali’s favourite time of the day is the morning because that is when she is reunited with her favourite people!

Ali sleeps soundly in her crate at night and is house trained. She is still a bit nervous of the world around her on walks but as each day passes, she gets more comfortable. She enjoys learning new things with her foster peeps and is food motivated.

For her future home, she would love a family that has a dog (or two) to play with as well as lots of love to give. She doesn’t love the noises of loud cities and would prefer to live in the quiet suburbs. The cats in her foster home love her and will even lay down beside her for a nap – so she will do well if her future home has cats!

If Alejandrina seems like the perfect girl for you, please check out https://dibsrescue.com/application/ for the adoption process and application. Her adoption fee is $750. If you are a family with kids, please check out our resources on kids and dogs before you apply (https://dibsrescue.com/kids-dogs/).
