My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please contact the Cat Team (catapplications@graspinc.org) for more information about this pet.

DOB:  07/04/23

Grady and his two siblings (Gracie and Grayson) were trapped by GRASP in the field where they were living with their mother and several other feral cats. Grady wants you to believe he’s a killer feline, but actually he is a big scaredy cat. A twin to his brother Grayson in looks, Grady is afraid of his own shadow and does not enjoy being picked up. However, he doesn’t hide as much as he used to because he loves to eat and play. When Grady is happily engaged in those activities, he forgets his fears. And he has no reluctance about the other animals in the house and is more than happy to run and rough-house with them.

Grady is still working on learning to trust humans and would benefit from a quiet and patient home with some friendly resident animals to help him grow in confidence.

More about this rescue

G.R.A.S.P. stands for Greece Residents Assisting Stray Pets. GRASP's goal is to give animals, primarily those picked up by Greece Animal Control, a second chance for a safe, happy, and healthy life. Before G.R.A.S.P., Inc. was formed, animals that were not claimed by their owners were routinely euthanized. We also strive to educate the public on the benefits of spay/neuter and the need to tag their pets at all times. G.R.A.S.P., Inc. is a non-profit organization and is completely dependent upon donations from the public.
