My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zoey was originally in rescue as a very young kitten.  She was originally adopted when she was four months old.  Recently at six years old she was returned to the rescue when her pet parent had to leave the country for work.  Zoey has not been very happy about her recent housing change and will require time to adjust to her new home.  She has had limited exposure to other cats so a slow introduction to new cats is recommended.  We are not sure of her previous exposure to dogs; she has had limited exposure to dogs in rescue so again a slow introduction is recommended.  Once Zoey adjusts to her new environment, she is very affectionate.  Zoe is a great combination of affectionate and independent.  She is loving and will cuddle and purr but also likes to explore and play on her own.  Zoey has been eating dry food but she does love a treat of canned food once in a while, we have found that this also helps her to come around quicker.  She will make a fantastic companion to whoever adopts her!  She is spayed, tested, vaccinated, and micro-chipped.  Her estimated birthdate is 3/11/18 and her adoption fee is $100.

Additional adoption info

We start all adoptions with a questionnaire to make sure the pet being adopted is a good fit for the new home. Then an adoption application is completed and the adoption fee is collected.
