Introducing Yeti, a gentle older Pit Bull male, 5 to 8 years old and weighing 56 lbs.
Despite being sweet, he's a bit scared of new things. Yeti seems to be good with other dogs, but his age might come with some health considerations as he walks a bit slow at the pound.

Adopters must agree to have the animal spay or neuter within 30 days of adoption. A 20% discount spay/neuter certificate is available to adopter for the 4 vets in Bolivar, Missouri.

More about this shelter

We try our best to get the animals out of here to other shelters/rescues or adoptions. We also return back to owners as soon as possible. We have sent several animal to other shelters through out the year. We have wonderful volunteers that set up the transports for us and get in contact with other shelters. We also do close work with the Polk County Humane Society along with some close shelters. Our goal is to find homes for the animals.
