Optimistic. Joyful. Sweet. Perfection. If you looked up these words in the dictionary, you'll find a picture of Maggie... probably, who even has a dictionary still?! Point is, Maggie is pint size PERFECTION.
This little girl has had a rough start at life, but at 7(ish) months old, things are looking up! Coming in as a stray, she was skin and bones but still one of the happiest dogs we've met. She's 23 pounds now and looks like a whole new dog! One constant? Her love for toys. Big toys, little toys, bouncy toys, heck even a blanket will work! Give her a toy and you've got a friend for life.
Maggie is a fan of everyone, she likes her humans like she likes her toys. Humans also make amazing dog beds, so get comfortable, your lap is a great spot for a nap. Shhhh Maggie's sleeping.
She is a champion leash walker, no pulling from this little nugget, crate trained for when you can't take her with you and also mostly potty trained!! She's ready to do life with you! Adopt Maggie and find the fun in everything together!

Canine Cupids' mission is to protect and improve the lives of homeless, neglected, and exceptional needs dogs and to place them in permanent, loving homes.
Canine Cupids is a Certified 501c3 Organization
DATCPLicense: 288601-DS
Canine Cupids work with animals, within our community and throughout our organization is guided by three core values: compassion, integrity and dedication.
Because every animal deserves to be loved, we feel it is our moral responsibility to protect and improve the lives of abused, abandoned, and homeless dogs, and to place them in loving permanent homes.
We strive to work with animal control agencies as well as other rescues and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless pets within our community.
At Canine Cupids our founding principle is that "ALL dogs are individuals and deserve to be regarded as such". This mindset is core to the belief system at The Animal Farm Foundation. It assists in securing equal treatment and opportunity for "pit bull" dogs - as well as all dogs, regardless of size, color, etc.
"We owe it to all dogs to see them for who they really are, free of prejudice, stereotypes, and assumptions that are based on a known pedigree, a breed label guess, physical appearance, or their past history."*
"Breed related traits are not guaranteed. If a dog does conform to breed traits that does not mean a dog isn't an individual! Breed characteristics may contribute to a dog?s individuality, but they are not the whole story." *
Don't judge a book by its cover and don't judge a pooch by its stereotype!
