Meet Ciara. She is a fun loving lady who can't wait to find her forever home! Ciara is so happy that it's spring time, hopefully meaning more adventures with her new family! She absolutely loves her walks and would make a great hiking buddy. She is fantastic on a leash and is the perfect small fry adventure partner. The first step to adopting a dog from the Rhode Island SPCA is filling out an adoption application. If your application is selected, you will be contacted and asked if you would like to schedule a meet & greet. Because of the volume of applications we receive, sometimes we can only respond to the selected applicant.
