My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lucy! Lucy is the sweetest and smartest girl! She is looking for a home with someone who will give her ample time to settle in. Lucy loves to go for long walks, play fetch and roll around in the grass. She is a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you she is the cuddle queen! Lucy is pretty dog friendly and we think she would thrive in a home with another dog. No cats and kids 8 + for this girl. If you are interested in adopting Lucy please fill out an application on our website!

Additional adoption info

Matchmaking is what we love to do. We do our very best to find the best fit for the pets awaiting adoption at the Rhode Island SPCA. The first step to adopting a dog from the Rhode Island SPCA is filling out an adoption application. If your application is selected, you will be contacted and asked if you would like to schedule a meet & greet. Because of the volume of applications we receive, sometimes we can only respond to the selected applicant. You are always welcome to contact us anytime about the status of your application at adoption@rispca.com.
