My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ranger: Your Loyal Companion!

Ranger is a beautiful 4.5 year old shepherd mix around 60 lbs eagerly awaiting his forever home. With his glossy black coat and soulful dark eyes, ranger is sure to capture your heart from the moment you meet him. Rescued from a shelter ranger has blossomed into a silly, affectionate dog who is ready to bring endless joy and companionship into your life.

He is an all around buddy at heart. He loves nothing more then going wherever you go whether it's walking through the mountains or setting up a camping chair around a fire. He adapts to each environment making him easily the perfect companion for medium active individuals or families looking for a dog who will join them throughout lives adventures. He always up for a game of treat toss find it or a long walk in the park, and he never fails to spread happiness wherever he goes.

But ranger isn't just about fun and games - he's also an incredibly loyal and devoted friend. He thrives on human interaction and craves affection from his favorite people. Whether it's snuggling on the couch or cuddling up for bedtime stories, he is happiest when hes by your side, showering you with love and kisses and burying his head in your lap.

Despite his rough start in life, ranger has a heart of gold and a resilient spirit. He has worked hard to overcome his past and is now looking forward to a bright future filled with love, laughter, and new journeys. With his gentle nature and unwavering loyalty, ranger is sure to make a wonderful addition to any loving home.

If you're searching for a faithful companion to share life with , look no further than ranger. He is neutral to dogs and currently lives with our other 3. Would prefer not to be bothered by cats and is a champ at the vet!

He is currently up to date on all vaccinations, clean bill of health, neutered, embark health tested, crate trained and has been tested around older kids and done well!

I would say his perfect home would be someone or a family who is low-medium activity but will bring him out with him on some adventures and not leave him in the backyard. He loves exploring new places but is just as happy sitting next to you in your favorite chair. He's very indifferent to many things but fiercely loyal to the one he loves.

***If you are interested in adopting this pet, please email natasha@leashandleadk9s.com , there is a $200 adoption fee for Ranger. This is a courtesy listing, meaning this dog is not part of Hope Animal Rescue's foster program. We cannot attest to the temperament or suitability of this dog for your home.***
