Meet Winston, a handsome, large, affectionate buddy who loves pets and playtime. Winston is an athletic, high energy boy. He enjoys running and chasing a feather stick. Along with swanky swagger, Winston includes fun and entertaining on his dynamic résumé.
Winston is not your typical cat. He’s a giant, powerful boy coming in at 16+ lbs. Think kitten behavior, in biiig boy body! His athleticism can be seen through his ability to make six foot jumps and sprint at fast speeds. His foster’s other cats are afraid of him and live separately. Winston likely has Norwegian Forest Cat in his genes due to many similarities between him and this large breed. He is a highly intelligent hunting cat.
Winston is gentle and affectionate with his humans. Even though he actively seeks out interaction and snuggles, Winston also likes to do his own thing, relax, and explore by himself. Winston would thrive in a home with someone who is understanding of cat cues/language so he can better communicate with his family about his boundaries. Winston is a very smart boy, and is learning that hands and feet are not toys, and will need to be treated with love and care so he learns that gentle is good!
He is in search of his forever home and is eager to set up a meeting with you.
At this time Winston doesn’t get along with cats and it’s recommended that Winston be the only pet.
Winston is from a local impound. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
