My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet little Rocco was put outside to fend for himself and was unfortunately chased and bitten by an aggressive cat. He became FIV positive but we all now are educated to know how this condition does not have to stop these cats from having a long, healthy, normal life. They can live along other non aggressive cats and are not a risk.

Rocco is handsome and loving and 1 year old. He can be a lap cat, and head boops and talking are his trademark. Wouldn't you like to share your home with this adorable little boy?

Animal Rescue Carolina (ARC) is a no-kill,501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is four-fold: 1) to promote spay-neuter, 2) to restore stray animals to good medical health, before adopting them into permanent, loving homes, 3) to encourage Trap, Neuter, and Return(TNR) and, 4) to educate pet owners about their responsibilities as guardians for their companion animals.
