My name is Hobo and I was found wandering around the county, lost and lonely, without a home. I'm a very sweet and loving boy and I like to be held and pet. I do well with other cats and dogs but I can entertain myself too. Human kids are really fun because they like to play and so do I. I would make a fine lap cat for older humans too!

PCHS is a volunteer organization created in 2005 to stop the euthanasia of unclaimed animals at the local pound.
Our shelter facility opened it's doors August 4th, 2011.

Our mission is to prevent suffering, neglect, abuse and cruelty to animals through community awareness and education, promoting responsible pet ownership and ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Pawnee County, Kansas. Since 2005, we have helped over 2,000 lost, stray, dumped, or relinquished animals to find loving homes.
