My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Dawn, a young kitty full of life and love. Her personality is as radiant as her name suggests. Dawn greets every day with a sweet purr and a friendly nudge, eager to explore. Playfulness is in her nature; a dangling string or a rolling ball can keep her entertained for hours. Dawn also enjoys quieter moments and will cuddle up and purr contentedly in your company. Adopting Dawn means inviting a bundle of joy and affection into your life. She promises endless fun, companionship, and a heart full of love. Let Dawn light up your life with her sweet nature and playful spirit!

Please come see Dawn and the other cats that are available at the PetSmart store in The District Shopping Center in Tustin (2237 Park Avenue). Adoptions are by Appointment and on Saturdays from 1-3pm.

You can get pre-approved for your adoption! Just visit our website and submit your application online: http://www.oc-arc.com/adoptions/how-to-adopt/

When you choose to adopt one of OCARC's animals, the adoption donation is $175. Each of our cats and kittens has been:

- Microchipped
- Spayed or neutered
- Tested for FeLV (Feline Leukemia)
- Tested for FIV (Feline Aids)
- De-flead (topical Revolution or Advantage)
- De-wormed (tape and round worms)
- Given their first FVRCP vaccination:

We keep all our kitties current on their FVRCP vaccines so depending on the age of the kitty when you adopt him or her and how long we've had the kitty, the vaccine series may be complete. If not, you as the adopter will be responsible for any further vaccinations in the series.

- Rabies Vaccination when age appropriate

These services would usually cost more than $500. Of course, an adoption donation of more than $175 is always welcome, since we often provide additional medical care such as x-rays, blood panels, treatment for ears, eyes, upper respiratory infections and viruses.
