Darling little Calista is approx 1yr old and weighs 13lbs, although she does need to gain a couple more pounds. 15lbs would be a perfect weight for her. Calista is a very happy, friendly girl that loves to go on walks and meet people… especially children! This girl adores children! We are looking for a home that has at least one school aged child that has lots of friends come to visit. She is wonderful with toddlers, too! When she’s on a walk, she gets very excited and even a little barky when she sees other dogs because she wants to greet them all. She is in the process of learning to be less vocal in her excitement. She is an active girl that also looks forward to her zoomies time in the yard so she must have a securely fenced yard. Calista is wonderful with other dogs and enjoys play dates, but she can be a bit bossy in the home (she steals all the toys - even out of the mouths of the other dogs) so she would do best as an only dog. If she has frequent potty breaks, she is doing wonderful with her house training. She is fully crate trained and can be left home alone for up to 5 hr intervals.
