My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zoey is one special girl! She is very petite for her age. She was rescued when she was just about a month old with her brother. Her brother has was adopted rather quickly, but Zoey has been waiting for quite a while. This little tuxedo kid is funny and quirky like a little human! It's hilarious when she starts chasing her own shadow and tail. She is very curious and finds delight in any new little thing and toy. One of her favorite things is a toy mouse that rattles. She will pick it up and shake it and then throw it for herself and go after it! She makes us laugh when she tries to climb the chairs from the back as if looking for an extra challenge! She likes other cats but sometimes it takes her a little while to warm up to them. We believe it's because she used to be a little bullied by another cat. She can be independent but also loves to be around people and pick a lap to lay on. Her favorite part of the day is bedtime so she can come and cuddle next to you soon. Zoey has a great appetite and likes almost all food! We know she's going to bring her people lots of joy and laughter. Born 6/2023.

Additional adoption info

We do have an application form on our website. A home check is also done. We know our animals well and work hard to make sure the adoption will be a purr-fect match! We will be happy to answer your questions. We want an adoption to be the right fit for both the humans and the animal.

When you adopt a pet from us, you can rest assured that you are getting a pet who is much loved, well-cared for, and whom we know well. In turn, we know that an adopter will provide a loving, caring, home.

Cat adoptions are usually $125 each. Dog fees are based on breed. All are current on vaccinations and neutering. Some are microchipped. They are vetted again before delivery.

All of our adoptable cats and dogs are pictured on our website, with their videos, at www.lifelineforpets.org.
