Cinder, short for Cinderelly aka F4L (Food4Less) because she was dumped, in an aisle, inside Food4Less, and was found cowering under a pallet. This is probably why she hates bags, plastic bags, particularly garbage bags! She'll run and hide at the sight of them. It is thought that she was placed in a bag then left in the aisle. Believe me when I say, she's pure magic and absolutely stunning! Though difficult to see in pics, her big green eyes actually have a slight gradient to them. My favorite part about her appearance are the unique and adorable little tufts of fur that protrude off the points of her ears! Like most rescue kitties, her purrs are constant and LOUD. So loud that people can hear her through the phone! Loud purring only means more healing for anyone within earshot!
She is what I call a face-hugger because she likes to snuggle as close to one's face as possible and wrap her long arms around the sides of the face. Cinderelly is completely fascinated with water! She likes to drink it, play in it, watch it, and simply be near water! She's curious and extremely high energy, she'll play until she collapses into a catnap! She would do well solo but she would really appreciate having another high energy playmate to wrestle and chase.

We do several adoption mingles every month, but we don't have a shelter facility, so we'll connect you to our fosters for a meeting.

A "forever home" is, a15 + year commitment, adopters will be required to provide proof, animals are permitted at their residence. We require and adoption interview, home check, and do not adopt animals outside of the greater LA area. A legal adoption contract must be signed, which includes a 2-week trial adoption period.
Our medical reimbursement fee of $100 for a solo adult kitty, $135 for a solo kitten or $175 for a bonded pair includes the following:
* Spay/neuter- no later than 4 months of age per L.A. law
* Vaccinations
* Deworming
* Flea treatment
* Health Check/Testing
* A 1 year member discount at The Urban Pet Stores

We are NOT a shelter and do not have a facility. We're neighborhood volunteers working to DECREASE the number of unwanted animals by supporting Trap/Neuter/Return or TNR, spay/neuter & we rescue kittens from the streets of the Silver Lake, Los Feliz & Echo Park neighborhoods of Los Angeles.
