My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cooper was surrendered to us on 4/4/2024.  His owner has stage 4 cancer and could no longer care for him.  He is around 4 years old, and about 45 lbs.  His is just settling in so he is still a little timid and confused as to why he's lost his mom.  He is very sweet, and seems to be house trained. He does have food/toy agression.  This seems to be directed at other male dogs.  Have not seen this behavior around female dogs.  but he may do best in a family where he is the only dog.  He is neutered and UTD on his shots.

More about this rescue

Established in 2005 our rescue has been finding homes for animals all over the country. We have indoor and outdoor shelters for all the many animals who come our way. Sometime we even have to build them on the fly! We make sure every animal is safe, secure and get plenty of healthy exercise and fresh air. Many times, animals come to us emaciated, sick or with injures. We make sure they all get healthy food, vet care and vaccinations. We are always in need of cages, kennels, leashes and collars, toys food and blankets. you can always email us if you have something to share with the animals!
