How is it that Perdy is still hoping to find her fur-ever home?

Perdy from the 101 Dalmatian litter is still hoping that it will be her turn like some of her siblings to find a home of her own. She is 16 weeks old, UTD on vaccines, dewormed, on heartworm prevention and flea and tick protection. Weighs 14lbs. We belive that she will be a medium size when full grown. We were told that her mom was a corgi pug mix. We did see her mom she looked to be about 20lbs dad we were told was a lab hound mix that was about 45lbs

Here's what the foster has to say about her.......

Perdy loves dogs of all sizes and is cat friendly as well. She is a very sweet puppy and loves to give and get attention. She is so soft you could just cuddle her all day. She loves to play with the foster dogs. She is crate trained and doing well with potty training. She would be a great addition to any family.
