Handsome Harry is a one year old shepherd mix a little bit on the smallish side. Rescued from an industrial site where he was dumped, Harry nonetheless still loves people, and he also has never met a dog he didn’t like! Harry plays a little rough, so he would be best with children over 12.

People must come in for personal interview and complete adoption form. If renting, written permission from landlord is required. Adoption fee is $225. We require animals be returned to our facility if adoption does not work out. We require a signed agreement never to chain or crate an animal (crate exception for transport only). We DO NOT support crating! We follow up with phone call or home visit within first month. Adoptions are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call 231-944-6520. You must be 21 years or older to adopt.
