Who’s looking for a pair of adorable and cute ginger kittens? Salsa is a very friendly, very affectionate little girl who will come up to you for love and affection. She is new to indoor life and prefers to stay in one room at first. When she feels safe, she will start slowly exploring outside that bubble. But once she feels comfortable, she's a total cuddle bug. Salsa loves her food! She is okay with other cats, but is scared of dogs right now. She is so very attached to her brother Queso as he makes her feel safe and comfortable. They are bonded and MUST be adopted together.
As we often receive numerous applications for each cat or kitten, we will only contact applicants who best suit the needs of the cat or kitten. For example, if it is stipulated that the cat needs another cat buddy at home and you do not have one, you may not receive a response. Finding the best home for our cat or kitten is our top priority. Applications are not first come, first served.

Meet & greets are either in person with the foster and cat or virtual, at the discretion of the foster.

We are currently in the adoption centre at PetSmart Etobicoke, where we have a limited number of cats and kittens. All of our available cats can be viewed on our website.

Home at Last Rescue (HALR) is a Registered Canadian Charity, that is 100% volunteer driven. Our goal is to rescue cats from substandard living conditions and give them the loving homes they deserve.
We provide medical care, emotional support and a loving environment while preparing them to find their forever homes. With no physical location, all of our cats and kittens reside in loving foster homes across the Greater Toronto Area until they are ready for adoption.
We receive no government funding and rely solely on adoption fees, donations and our fundraising efforts to support our initiatives. We believe there is a home for every cat and a cat for every home.
