My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Moose is a 5 year old intact purebred Giant Schnauzer born in November 2018. He weighs about 120lbs. We adopted him from Black Beard Schnauzers in Georgia.

He is a sweet boy who loves attention. He is protective of his home but does do well with new guest and other dogs (small & large). Gets along well with older children. He is not aware that he is a giant and will want to smother you and sit on your lap. Probably not suitable for small children due to his size.

He is house trained but never crate trained. He is not destructive when left home alone. He will do best in home with a fenced in yard and dog door.

Moose can be a bit anxious around loud sounds in public but does enjoy exploring and car rides.

An experienced owner is needed for Moose. He is a schnauzer which means he is very stubborn and needs a home with structure and further training.
