My name is Smurf!

Smurf… available for adoption…Smurf LOVES Men! 
Smurf is a pretty red, rough coat, spayed female weighing approximately 55lbs.  So far she’s proving to be a social butterfly meeting everyone with a wagging tail. About five months ago, Brampton Animal Services picked her up as a stray. They did a great job caring for her, and we thank them for their patience and co-operation with our vetting requests.  
Smurf is a clever girl who will gladly show off her eagerness to, “sit, down” or “shake paw” for a treat. She is housebroken and non-destructive. She’s playful, will chase a ball but absolutely will not bring it back. Smurf walks okay on her lead but needs to improve her leash manners especially when she sees a squirrel. She is strong! Thankfully she’s NOT dog reactive.
We believe she enjoys the extra attention while getting brushed. Smurf’s a happy gal looking for a happy home. If you enjoy going for  walks and would like a companion, please consider this lovely girl. Smurf can be vocal so an apartment might not be best though she’s generally very quiet when with you or left alone.
