My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

When you meet Bobbi Jo, you will love her. Bobbi is a rez dog...lineage a pure guess. She has lived her whole life outside and has been a roamer. She will require a fenced yard. Bobbi and her sisters are good with the original owner's grandson, and Bobbi was the first to meet me at the front porch. Bobbi is not leash trained or house trained. I will work on the leash part! She has the potential to be a wonderful addition to someone's life! If you would like to meet Bobbi Jo, please contact me!

Additional adoption info

Persons adopting from me through internet contact are required to show me photos of the area where the dog will spend most of its time, a vet's number and the number of a person who has known the potential adopter for at least 5 years. I do not require a fee, donations are appreciated. If a dog does not work out for the adopter, I can usually take it back right away, but if I have no room, I will work to find a new placement.

More about this rescue

I am a retired public school teacher, mother of 3, grandma of 7, and I do this because I love to join people and pets. I have always been one to bring home strays, so this is just a part of who I am. I own a small hobby farm with dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, sheep and goats..
