My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello Everyone! My name is Triton and I came in to SGVHS scared and hurting from an injury to my neck. My friends don't know how it happened but they saw how much I needed help and took care of me. Now that I'm feeling better I'm starting to enjoy life as a 1 year old and its been a lot of fun. I've been enjoying what it feels like to get scratches and affection. I'm ready for a cozy home and to live my best life. Come meet me here soon!

More about this shelter

The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society (SGVHS) was founded by Fannie Thompson Kessler in 1924.

For almost 100 years, the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society has provided a variety of services to the local communities. Currently we serve the cities of San Gabriel, Temple City and Duarte.

We provide food, shelter and medical care to hundreds of dogs and cats who are stray and homeless, or have been rescued from abusive conditions or relinquished by their owners.

Please consider giving one of our animals a forever home. If you’re looking to adopt a life-long furry companion, we invite you to visit our Shelter!
