My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ricky! Ricky, his 6 siblings and their mom were found abandoned in the woods. Thankfully someone found them and brought them to us. Their mom is a short haired lab mix. We believe their dad was either a doodle or a doodle mix. Ricky has short length straight hair. They are all super friendly and sweet. They are scheduled to be vetted on 4/15 and then will be ready for adoption. They are currently around 10 weeks old and weigh around 10lbs.

All CRAR dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped before adoption.

More about this rescue

We are a small rescue on a large mission. We are located in a rural low income area of Tennessee. We are foster based and have up to 40 dogs divided between three foster homes. We are working moms first and rescuers second. We work hard in our area to rescue homeless dogs and find them forever homes. We also work to help spay/neuter dogs in our area. Only way to correct the homeless dog situation is to spay and neuter. We also work with northern rescues to save more lives.
