My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Tooji, and I am a sweet, goofy girl looking for my perfect home.

I love people, I try to say hi to every single person who passes us on walks. I am just overflowing with love and want to share it with everyone!! I also love every doggy I meet, I think they're so cool!

I love to play, I could happily play fetch with you for hours. I am also happy to play by myself, my foster mom thinks the way I pounce around after my toys is very silly. I'm super smart and learning lots of new skills and tricks. I love to jump up to say hi - don't really understand the concept of personal space just yet but I'm already figuring out that I get more attention when I sit down and wait for pets.

When I first came to my foster home I did NOT like when my foster furbrother was near me while I was eating, but after I got to know him I was happy to share my food with him. We're kind of best friends now - he taught me to bark in the yard and in return I steal all his toys. ??

I would love an active home who would take me on lots of walks and teach me lots of things - I'm already a lovely girl but I have so much potential! My foster mom thinks I would be great at dogsports like agility, or maybe make a good jogging buddy. At only 11kgs I'm also the perfect size - big dog energy in a conveniently medium sized body!

Likes: chewy toys, fetch, cuddles
Dislikes: the vacuum!
Kennel trained: yes! I am happy to hang in my kennel when you're not home and I sleep in it every night
House trained: yes!
Dogs: yes! I would love a puppy friend to play with
Cats: I haven't met a cat yet but my foster mom thinks I could learn to respect them!
Children: I would love having some kids to play with!! Older kids only please, I may accidentally knock over little ones.

More about this rescue

Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue Society is a foster home based Animal Rescue located in Edmonton, Alberta. We rescue, rehabilitate and re-home unwanted, abused and neglected animals and find them their forever homes. We are different from other animal rescues in that we will try our best to not only help cats and dogs but any pet animal that has been unwanted, abused or neglected subject to our volunteers, foster homes and donations. This is one of the many reasons iwars needs you!

Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue Society is a no-kill animal rescue organization. We will help out any of the animals we take into care with any medical treatments, procedures and medications they may need. We will only euthanize when it is with a qualified veterinarians advice such as terminal illnesses where the animal is suffering. Every animal that comes into iwars is a member of the family.

We need volunteers to help in all different areas of iwars and with your help we can help to save more animals lives. We here at strive to save one animal at a time and acknowledge that "saving one animal will not change the world but surely for that one animal the world will change forever" - Unknown.
