My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, we're Willa and Wonka! (Willa Wonka, the humans think this is hilarious)

About us: Willa is a female and has a pink nose. Wonka is a male and has a black nose. We are blind and deaf. My foster mom thinks Wonka can hear some noises and Willa and see some shadows. We were born this way and it doesn't affect us at all. We're happy loving pups. My foster mom takes us to work with her some days and we love all the attention we get and there's lots of room there for us to explore. We're typical puppies who love to play and nap.

Likes: Being outside in the warm sunshine, cuddles, chewies, each other

Dislikes: Not being able to find you or getting into a space we can't figure out how to get out of. We whine so you know to come help us.

Special Request: We would love to go to a home that would adopt us as a pair. We're very bonded at this point and while we will go out and explore on our own we do find our way back to each other especially for nap time.

Kennel Trained: Yes. We enjoy the security of my kennel when not exploring.

House Trained: No. My foster mom is working on it with us.

Dogs: Yes we've met a few when we go to work with my foster mom and we like them all so far.
Cats: Yes our foster home has lots
Children: Untested but my foster mom thinks we would be fine if they were a little older and can understand our limitations.

More about this rescue

Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue Society is a foster home based Animal Rescue located in Edmonton, Alberta. We rescue, rehabilitate and re-home unwanted, abused and neglected animals and find them their forever homes. We are different from other animal rescues in that we will try our best to not only help cats and dogs but any pet animal that has been unwanted, abused or neglected subject to our volunteers, foster homes and donations. This is one of the many reasons iwars needs you!

Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue Society is a no-kill animal rescue organization. We will help out any of the animals we take into care with any medical treatments, procedures and medications they may need. We will only euthanize when it is with a qualified veterinarians advice such as terminal illnesses where the animal is suffering. Every animal that comes into iwars is a member of the family.

We need volunteers to help in all different areas of iwars and with your help we can help to save more animals lives. We here at strive to save one animal at a time and acknowledge that "saving one animal will not change the world but surely for that one animal the world will change forever" - Unknown.
