I’m a handsome 8-year-old Boykin spaniel weighing 39 pounds of pure athletic energy and enthusiasm! If you’re looking for an active adventure buddy who’s always ready for fun, you’ve found your match. My ideal home would include a fenced yard where I can run and chase after balls – and let me tell you, I am BALL-OBSESSED! Like, seriously obsessed. It’s my passion, my hobby, my life’s work! Toss one and I’ll chase it forever. I do need a good dose of daily exercise to keep me happy, so if you love being active and outdoors, we’re going to get along great!
Now, I’m a sweet and loving boy with a bit of an independent streak, so I’ll do best with an experienced dog person who appreciates a pup with personality! I’m ok with other dogs at the park or on walks, but at home, I like to be the star of the show and have all the attention to myself. So I’m looking for a one-dog kind of household. No cats and no kids for me either, please. I’m fully house-trained, perfectly fine hanging out solo while you’re away, and overall a pretty easygoing guy. Fair warning though: loud noises and thunder aren’t my jam, so I’ll need your comfort during stormy weather!

Florida Coastal Cocker Rescue (FCCR) is a non-profit organization located in SW Florida. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing Cocker Spaniels throughout the state of Florida and neighboring states. We rely 100% on donations and volunteers to help us take care of our dogs. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines and rabies, heartworm tested, flea and heartworm treatment, and microchip.
FCCR carefully screens all of our potential furever and foster homes to ensure that our pups will have safe and loving homes. Some of our dogs come from shelters and abusive situations and we want to make sure that they will only see love the rest of their lives.
