Rascal has come such a long way from the time he came to his Cat Tales foster home. Rascal loves to be petted and to be brushed. Now he even rolls over on his back for belly rubs and purrs regularly. He will take time to adjust to a new home and needs a quiet home with a patient person. He would LOVE a home with another friendly cat! He loves to play and loves other cats.
