Hi, my name is Wyoming! I may have had a rough patch recently, but I'm still wagging my tail and ready for new adventures. Losing my human was tough, but I'm grateful for the chance to stay with her mom and still see her regularly.
I used to be a backyard pro, but those wild winds wreaked havoc on my fence, and suddenly, the world beyond became too tempting to resist. I started exploring farther and farther from home, which didn't sit well with the neighbors. Despite my friendly demeanor, they couldn't overlook the wandering. So, off to the shelter I went, in search of a new place with sturdy boundaries.
I'm a sleek, solid black German Shepherd with just a tiny white tip on my tail, adding a dash of uniqueness to my appearance. Long walks are my jam, and I'm thrilled to be making new furry friends along the way. As for cats and kids, I'm not entirely sure about them yet, but I'm open to giving it a shot.
I'm a smart cookie, eager to please, and ready to soak up all the love and attention you have to offer. Plus, I've got a big day ahead with a neutering appointment and a photo shoot-talk about a pup on the rise!

Approve Application
Once your application has been approved, you will then make sure contract is signed and pay adoption fee before leaving the shelter.

Adoption fee for dogs is $100. Cat adoption fee is $40. Other animal adoption fees are quoted per animal. Adoption contract and application are required. Adoption fee includes micro-chipping of pet.
If adopting a dog/puppy, you must have a fenced in yard. Home checks are required and any previous history with animals, a vet reference is required.
