Meet Boot - a sweet, 6.5 year old, male, Yorkie mix! Was it his glamour shots that got your attention? I just bet it was! Boot has a wonderful multi-colored coat with blonde “highlights” and the most adorable little face that will melt your heart. Boot’s current weight is 5 pounds. Boot is a healthy boy, but does have a cataract in one eye and is blind in that eye. It does not affect his daily activities in any way.
Boot is a calm and shy little dude. It takes him a little time to warm up to new people. Once he is at ease, he does get along with older and younger children, men and women, and small dogs. Boot enjoys his lap time, so don’t leave him at home alone for too long.
He is working hard on his potty training, but isn’t quite there yet. He does wear a belly band at night in his crate in case of accidents. Boot has been recently neutered, which should help with his potty training. In addition, Boot’s leash training is going great. According to his foster mom, he does well on a leash, but also enjoys exploring the backyard.
So now that you have read all about this little guy named Boot, are you interested in making him part of your family? If so, fill out an application asap! How can you say no to that sweet little face?
