My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Curious, playful, mrrp

Meet Power Plant! This kitty is not a generator of energy, but rather a 24/7/52 generator of "mrrp"s. Power Plant is looking for a purrfectly patient adopter who will give him the time and space to bloom into his true personality.

Power Plant's kitty noises are buttery smooth - and like candy to your ears! No matter where you are in your home, you'll always know exactly where Power Plant is via his curious "mrrp" sounds.

Power Plant has an adorable playful streak and will interact with almost any toy! He is a joy to watch, and is especially energetic and wound up when he gets to play with his favorite: a hair elastic!

Power Plant is still learning to trust humans. He didn't get enough human interaction as a kitten and can be fearful at first. But, the nurturing love he found in his foster home brought forth his trust in just a couple of days! Nowadays, this kitty loves to be pet on his head, neck, and cheeks - his slow-blinks, "mrrp"s, and purrs will tell you everything you need to know. He's also been warming up to the wondrous world of lap-dwelling!

Power Plant has liked some of the other cats he has met, though he can be pushy about it; this could change over time. He would do best in a quieter household with adults and young adults. If you're ready to welcome a sweet kitty into your home and help him grow his confidence and trust, Power Plant would love to be your resident "mrrp"-er and loving lap companion!

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
