Little Buddy is fully vaccinated and has been neutered. He is faint heartworm positive but will start treatment soon. He is on flea / tick preventatives. He is house trained and dog/chicken friendly. His foster reports is a love bug and loves to follow her whenever she goes. He is nervous around men, most likely due to past trauma. Patience will be key. Little Buddy deserves the best life has to offer!

More about this rescue

Our small, volunteer based, non-profit was formed in September 2023. Our city run shelter was grossly underfunded so we stepped in to fundraise and financially assist with vet care, transports, and food for the animals at the shelter. In January 2024, our city council decided to no longer fund the animal control department. Since that time, we have continued to assist with the care of animals in our community. Our goals are to find fantastic forever homes for these amazing dogs and focus on spaying and neutering homeless animals in effort to greatly reduce the vicious cycle of unwanted litters born on the street.
