My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

4/24/24. Meet Big Boy BLUE! This 103 pound gentle giant is such a sweet docile boy. He finds himself in need of new home thru no fault of his own. He is new to the rescue so we are still getting to know him but so far has been nothing short of a perfect gentleman . He walks nicely on a leash and we are told he is great with children and is dog selective. No cats for BLUE.

Not every dog is available for adoption or need a foster - some are wards of the rescue (usually due to medical reasons, but sometimes behavioral). These dogs will always be supported by DRL. We welcome financial support for these dogs. Here are links to foster and adoption applications for those dogs who need a foster home or adoptive home.
