Hello, my name is Baby Boy and I’m the complete opposite of my buddy Freddie. I enjoy laying in the warm sunlight and prefer the slower-paced lifestyle. Freddie and I came to Tigerlily after our beloved human passed away. We were very sad and confused about having to go to a rescue, but are doing much better now that we feel safe and loved again. I’m not a not a cuddler and may take time to get to know you, but I’ll be your friend with time and patience. I need to be adopted with my buddy Freddie because he keeps me company and makes me feel at home Slow introductions with children and other pets is always recommended.

Both cats are fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and treated for parasites. Their adoption fee is $200 as a pair. Do you have the purrfect home for these sweet, deserving kitties?

Interview

If your application is approved, one of our board members will contact you for a phone interview.

3.
Meet the Pet

During your phone interview, we will work on setting up a date/time for you to meet your new family member at the Petsmart in Troy.

Additional adoption info

* We do require adopters to be at least 21 years old.
* If you are leasing, we do ask that you provide a copy of your rental agreement showing that cats are allowed.
* We also ask that all adults living in the home agree with the adoption and addition of a feline friend to the family.
* For families with young children (under 6), kittens over 6 months are best.
* If the pet is to be alone for a significant amount of time, we ask that you consider adopting an older kitten or adult, or consider adopting two kittens to keep each other company. Young kittens are susceptible to social-depression if alone for a significant amount of time.
* We also discourage "gift" adoptions unless it is from a parent to a minor child.

Our adoption fee of $100 (cash/check) includes feline leukemia/FIV testing, deworming, flea preventative, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines. All Tigerlily cats are thoroughly examined by a veterinarian. All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered prior to being available for adoption.
