Introducing Buck, a robust 8-month-old mix of Schiller Hound and Black and Tan Coonhound, tipping the scales at 35.8 lbs. This blend of breeds creates a lively and robust canine fond of hunting foxes and rabbits. Renowned for their remarkable endurance and hunting skills, they excel at cornering prey without causing harm, calmly awaiting their owner's approach. At home, they transform into tender and affectionate companions. Generally calm when indoors, they become delightful playmates for children, thanks to their vivacious and playful nature, and they tend to live harmoniously with other dogs. Buck is a gentle pup with a keen desire to please. He has started his leash training, boasts excellent health, and is already adept at crate training and housebreaking.
Buck is neutered, fully vaccinated, dewormed, heartworm and flea and tick treated and micro-chipped. $115 rescue adoption fee applies. After the application approval, we set up a meet and greet with you, the animal you are wanting to adopt and any pet's you may have in order to see how everyone gets along. If all goes well we finalize the adoption. Our adoption fees vary from animal to animal.
What the adoption fee covers:
* All medical -up to date on vaccinations including Rabies, flea and tick treated, started on heartworm prevention (for dogs and pups over 6 months), spayed or neutered, (for dogs and pups over 6 months) and micro-chipped. In certain cases, some of our rescues require an extensive amount of medical treatment to get them healthy. We will spare no expense when it comes to the health and wellbeing of our animals. Extensive medical costs will never be passed on to the adopting family; but your adoption fee does help us recover some of the costs.
*Supplies you will receive with adoption – leash and collar.
