Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Goliath is a majestic 2-year old male Maine Coon mix kitty who was surrendered by his family on April 7, 2024 because he didn't get along with small children in the home.
Goliath has a brown tabby long-haired coat, a long fluffy tail, and an adorable face with golden eyes, a brown velvet nose, and extra-long white whiskers.
This big guy has an affectionate outgoing personality, and he was in love with HSOV Lead Feline Kennel Tech Hayley Sturm who carried him into the lobby of our shelter for his photo session on April 8th. Goliath enjoyed being the center of attention while he posed as though he were auditioning for the centerfold of Cat Fancy Magazine (smile). Goliath enjoyed pussyfooting around on the 'runway' (actually the wooden countertop near our front office) before snuggling up next to Hayley on a sofa for more casual photos.
His family told us that Goliath is NOT good with small children but should be ok with older children. He is good with other animals (but didn't specify whether that included both cats and dogs). Goliath has been kept indoors and is litterbox trained.
Goliath was given vaccinations on April 10, 2024, and he was given wormer and flea treatment on April 12, 2024.
Goliath has already been neutered, and he currently weighs 14.6 lbs.
