Meet Katara, the 11-month-old sweetheart who is as shy as she is sweet. This adorable pup knows how to sit on command and craves your undivided attention. She would make the perfect companion for a leisurely walk around the neighborhood, as she loves to be by your side.

Katara also enjoys playtime and having fun, making her a joy to be around. With her endearing personality and gentle nature, Katara is sure to steal your heart and become your loyal and affectionate pal in no time.

We will review the application and make a decision after the animal's available date.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees for any one of our animals is $70.00 (this includes cost of the spay or neuter). In accordance with local laws, all animals over the age of 12 weeks will be altered prior to adoption at the local veterinary clinic. For animals under 12 weeks of age, vouchers for the surgery cost will be provided at the time of adoption.

We do participate in adoption events around the area from time to time.

Springdale Animal Services' mission is to provide shelter and care to the thousands of stray, abandoned, abused, and neglected animals in need every year. We reunite lost pets with their owners, and place many that are homeless in caring, permanent homes. We strive to ensure the welfare and public safety of our community and its animals through education of our citizens and enforcement of our ordinances. We promote spaying/neutering all domestic animals at the earliest appropriate age, as a means of reducing their overpopulation.
