Meet Skipper, an 11-month-old Lab/Mountain Cur mix who is as sweet and affectionate as they come. Skipper is a little more outgoing than her sister, but she is equally personable and loving. This playful pup is eager to form a bond with those around her and is always looking to please.

Once she feels comfortable and sure that you allow it, Skipper loves nothing more than to play and show off her fun-loving side. With Skipper by your side, you can expect plenty of cuddles, tail wags, and an abundance of love and loyalty.

Breed is based on physical features. All shelter animals are considered to be a mixture of breeds.

We will review the application and make a decision after the animal's available date.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees for any one of our animals is $70.00 (this includes cost of the spay or neuter). In accordance with local laws, all animals over the age of 12 weeks will be altered prior to adoption at the local veterinary clinic. For animals under 12 weeks of age, vouchers for the surgery cost will be provided at the time of adoption.

Springdale Animal Services is closed on all legal holidays.

We do participate in adoption events around the area from time to time.

Springdale Animal Services' mission is to provide shelter and care to the thousands of stray, abandoned, abused, and neglected animals in need every year. We reunite lost pets with their owners, and place many that are homeless in caring, permanent homes. We strive to ensure the welfare and public safety of our community and its animals through education of our citizens and enforcement of our ordinances. We promote spaying/neutering all domestic animals at the earliest appropriate age, as a means of reducing their overpopulation.
