My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I’m not sure where to even begin telling you about our boy, Chip! This water loving, couch surfing, dog friendly, spaniel boy is approx 1-2 years old and 35 lbs. He’s social and sweet, uses the doggie door, and is very food motivated. Chip enjoys chewing on (ok, murdering) his dog toys and is content to play by himself or with his human. He’s working on mastering his leash skills and with a bit more practice he’ll be all set!

Chip is in foster in Longmont, Colorado.

*We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. *

More about this rescue

Mile High Canine Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)3, Colorado non-profit organization established in 2019. We are 100% volunteer run and foster home based. MHCR aims to provide abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs a loving home to grow and learn in until a suitable forever home is found.
